The Film & TV Educators Network is delighted to invite teachers of all screen subjects to our end-of-year event celebrating best practice in screen education. Whether you’re looking to exchange with like-minded educators or stay up-to-date with developments in the screen industries, join for a day of sharing best practice, industry updates and forward-planning.
Event programme:
10am: Breakfast, welcomes & networking
11am: Sharing best practice speed presentations
12.30pm: Lunch
1pm: Industry updates, including presentations from:
Jane Featherstone (Co-founder & CCO of SISTER, former Chief Executive of Kudos and Co-chairman of Shine UK)
a programmers & jurors panel including speakers from Fisheye Film Festival, Walthamstow International Film Festival and Into Film (home of the annual Into Film Awards and Film of the Month competition for young people aged 19 and under)
3pm: Coffee break
3.30pm: Future planning session: your chance to shape the future of the Film & TV Educators’ Network
This event will take place in the Blue Room at BFI Southbank, Belvedere Rd, London SE1 8XT. It is free and open to all film & media educators. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided, and the day will be followed by networking drinks in the BFI bar.
